The goal is to enhance the interest and orientation of the regional SMEs towards investing in research and development and the applicative utilisation of laser methodologies for production and characterisation of innovative materials. In this field, it is envisaged to realise a synergic system between research, innovation and formation with the aim of strengthening the local structures and competences for favouring a subsequent technological transfer of the methodologies and developed research to the productive system. In this way, it will be possible to consolidate the cooperation between local, interregional and trans-national research bodies for developing laser integrated methodologies for production and characterisation of metal, no-metal and composite nanomaterials of strategic interest for the industrial R&D.
