To realise an extra-territorial co-operation instrument by creating a remote virtual access for sharing the advanced scientific instrumentation present at CNR-IMIP Potenza U.O.S. The infrastructural weaknesses of the Basilicata territory, which actually limit the local development, will be overcome by setting in concrete and in real time a communication channel of competences and instrumentation of high technical-scientific level, already present on the local territory, with foreign partners. Other local bodies (SMEs) will have access to the utilisation of the same instrumentation for directly supervising the preparation and/or characterisation of materials of their interest, and, for educational reasons, the access will be granted to local bodies operating in the personnel formation and technological transfer fields.
